ÅAC Microtec introduces dedicated PnP website

ÅAC Microtec has opened a special website dedicated to Plug-and-Play (PnP) architectures for advanced systems, for the benefit of people interested in PnP all around the world.

The new website is found  at http://pnp.aacmicrotec.com

“In this way we want to spread and facilitate the use of PnP, and not least the US developed Space Plug and Play Avionics (SPA) standard. The site will also be a tool for us to communicate about and provide support for ÅAC Microtec’s PnP compliant interface modules, says Fredrik Bruhn, Vice President at ÅAC Microtec.

“Our goal is to develop the site into a comprehensive PnP information community, which will be the first one of its kind outside the US.”

The site collects publically available information on PnP and also hosts a Help Desk for ÅAC's PnP products. In addition, by becoming a registered member of the ÅAC PnP community, you get access to special software downloads, a reference database, and the latest news.

ÅAC Microtec will soon also launch a PnP certification program, offering users to send in their components for testing and certification by ÅAC Microtec.
